Specimen Requirements

5 mL from a random urine collection. No preservative. Send specimen refrigerated.
Note:  1. Indicate random urine on request form.

2. Label specimen appropriately (urine).

3. Follow instructions in “Urine Collection—Decatur” in “Special Instructions.”
