Specimen Requirements

Specimen must arrive within 2 hours of draw.

Draw blood in a lavender-top (EDTA) tube(s), and send 5 mL EDTA whole blood. Forward promptly at ambient temperature. Send specimen refrigerated if there is a delay in shipment of >2 hours or if mailing time exceeds 2 hours.
